From request to park day
- Choose a facility and date, then save a request in Milieu Miracle.
- Keep your private request code. Use “My request” to see updates or withdraw.
- Contact the City or field operator to confirm availability and complete permits and payment.
- Bring any required City permit to your event.
Home Milieu operates this independent community scheduling tool. It is not the City of Mishawaka or the Miracle League. New requests are saved and queued for email from normainmilieu@gmail.com. Pavilion and softball requests go to parks@mishawaka.in.gov; Miracle Field requests also go to info@miracleleaguenin.org. Sending requires the authorized sender connection. Your private receipt shows actual delivery status. Requests do not hold a time or guarantee availability.
The calendar checks the League’s published digital event feed about every 15 minutes when used and labels the last successful check. It also checks the public City RecDesk calendars for Bill Deputy Pavilion, Janice Winn Pavilion, and Miracle Field about every 15 minutes when used. Unpublished reservations and setup or cleanup time may be missing. If a linked calendar cannot be verified for 24 hours, online requests for that facility pause. A blank time does not mean a facility is available. The League’s digital calendar is configured in Central time, while its printed game times differ by one hour. City RecDesk also lists different Miracle Field blocks. Milieu Miracle matches RecDesk’s displayed local times, converts the League’s digital events to Eastern, and conservatively protects all published windows pending operator clarification; the additional protected time is not a verified reservation.
Pavilions & softball
The City lists Bill Deputy Foundation and Janice Winn pavilions with a $90 fee and capacity of 40. Pavilion rentals cover 10 AM to 9 PM, April 15 through October 15. Full payment is due when reserving. The app accepts requested hours from 7 AM–10 PM; this does not extend the City’s standard rental day. Shorter requests do not change full-day terms or fees, and hours outside 10 AM–9 PM need express City approval.
Miracle Field Pavilion is the third pavilion included in this app. Its capacity, fee, and rental eligibility are awaiting City confirmation. No separate calendar for this pavilion currently appears in the City RecDesk directory.

The City lists a $20 ball-diamond rental fee without specifying a time unit. The softball rental season is April 15 through October 15. A separate current Normain softball calendar is not listed in RecDesk; the former listing is inactive, so its current reservations must be checked with Parks. Bases and lights are excluded; games, leagues, and tournaments require director approval.

Inclusive by nature
Pfeil Miracle Field supports adaptive baseball. The Miracle League of Northern Indiana publishes its own program schedule. RecDesk lists this field’s daily hours as 10 AM–9 PM. Milieu Miracle accepts requests from 7 AM–10 PM, with express City and League approval required outside the listed hours. It does not grant access to a locked field or override adaptive programs.

The renovated park includes an inclusive playground, splash pad, sensory garden, Sona Arch, accessible spectator seating, and restrooms with adult changing tables.
Growing with the neighborhood
Milieu Miracle supports Home Milieu’s call for clear field-access rules, protected adaptive programming, and dependable opportunities for neighborhood recreation.
The proposed Normain Heights Community Center and other future spaces remain subject to community input, feasibility, design, and public approvals. New facilities can be added to the app when their operating arrangements are ready.

Your information & use terms
With your consent, contact details and request notes are stored for Home Milieu organizers and sent through Google to the listed City and, for Miracle Field, League addresses to coordinate your request. Replies go to your contact email. Basic request limits help prevent misuse. They are not shown on the public calendar. The calendar displays recorded reserved times and closure reasons; it does not display requester names, emails, group details, or medical information.
Anyone with your private request code can view its status and withdraw it. Keep it private. Please provide an adult contact and do not include children’s names, medical records, or other sensitive details.
This application does not collect payments, issue permits, send automatic email confirmations, or file signed official forms. Operator request emails are automatic after sender authorization, normally checked every five minutes and subject to Google quotas. “Sent” means Google accepted the send; it does not prove receipt, approval, or availability. Failed or uncertain sends need organizer attention. A confirmation recorded here reflects an organizer’s recorded external approval. Follow the actual permit and operator rules. Withdrawing stops an unsent request email. If sending has already begun, a withdrawal notice is queued for the same operators. Withdrawing here does not cancel a separate City permit or trigger a refund.
For questions or deletion of your request data, contact Home Milieu at Legal@MilieuPower.com. Provide the request date and contact email, not your private code. Records remain stored until removed by the organizer. No advertising analytics are included.
