Your privacy

Your forms and contact information stay off the public calendar. This notice explains the information needed to prepare and sign your paperwork, purchase PDF access, and arrange optional application email delivery, printing, payment, and mailing.

Who is responsible

Home Milieu operates Milieu Miracle independently of the City of Mishawaka and the Miracle League of Northern Indiana. For this website’s information handling, contact Legal@MilieuPower.com. The City, League, and outside services are responsible for records they receive and process for their own purposes.

Information used for your request

  • Contact and event details: your name, email, phone, requested facility and times, organization, event purpose, attendance, notes, requested use where applicable, and request status.
  • Documents and signatures: answers entered in the PDF or labeled controls, typed or drawn signatures, signature consent, signing time, document versions and checksums, and the completed packet. Milieu Miracle requests for Miracle Field Pavilion, Softball Field, and general Miracle Field use collect the contact and event details above. The official City application for Bill Deputy and Janice Winn pavilions also asks for the permit holder’s address and date of birth. A League waiver may include a minor volunteer’s name and parent or guardian signature.
  • Fulfillment and payment records: the selected digital, email, or postal service, PDF access entitlement, check payee and amount if selected, email and postal destinations, application reference, page count, quote, consent, order references, payment status, and email, production, or mailing updates. Stripe collects payment credentials in its checkout. Milieu Miracle does not directly store your full card number or card security code.
  • Operational information: delivery attempts, timestamps, request limits, and technical information processed by hosting and service providers to deliver and protect the service. Email-delivery records include status and provider references for the optional email-and-check service. Historical records may also remain from the earlier automatic email workflow.

These records support the service you request, document your instructions and signatures, calculate an accurate quote, process payment, arrange delivery, answer questions, prevent misuse, and resolve errors or disputes. Accessibility preferences are used for your display settings, not to infer a disability.

Do not place medical records, payment credentials, or unrelated sensitive information in event notes. Only provide information you are authorized to share. Where a form requires a parent or legal guardian’s consent for a minor, that person must provide and sign the applicable information.

Who receives your information

  • Home Milieu organizers and hosting providers store and process the request, signed packet, delivery records, and order information needed to operate and support the service.
  • City and League recipients: saving or signing your packet does not email it to an operator. For a paid printed postal order, the selected City or League recipient receives the printed packet and any check. If you explicitly select and authorize email application and mail check, the selected operator receives the exact signed application PDF as an email attachment and a physical check with a one-page payment cover after payment is verified. The application reference connects the email, cover, and check memo. A digital purchase lets you download the completed PDF and decide how to deliver it. Previously sent emails and copies may remain with their original recipients and email providers.
  • Milieu License fulfillment, operated for the same service, receives the selected signed packet and the request, quote, authorization, and any recipient and address information needed for the digital, email, print, mail, or check order. The packet version used for fulfillment is stored encrypted in that service.
  • Resend processes the optional application email through the Milieu License fulfillment sender. It receives the selected recipient email, signed PDF attachment, request details included in the message, and application reference, and returns delivery information. This email is requested only by the explicit email-and-check checkout choice after verified payment.
  • Stripe processes checkout and returns payment and transaction references. Lob and its print, postal, and check fulfillment partners receive the document content, mailing details, check information if selected, and references needed to complete an authorized postal order. A digital-only purchase does not place a print-and-mail order.

For Miracle Field, selecting the City or League determines the postal destination, any check payee, and the email destination if you select email application and mail check. Your contact email remains part of the request and checkout record for payment and support; providing it or saving the forms does not authorize an operator application email. Requesting a quote or fulfillment involves processing the information needed for that service; a payment is made only when you authorize checkout.

The public calendar shows recorded reserved times and closure reasons, not your name, contact information, group details, form answers, or signatures. Records sent to a public agency may be handled under its own retention and public-records obligations. We cannot promise that copies held by recipients will remain confidential or can be deleted by this website.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. No advertising analytics are included in this workflow. We may disclose records when required by law or reasonably needed to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.

Private links and browser settings

Anyone with your private request code can view its status, manage available checkout options, access an unlocked completed PDF, and withdraw the request. Completed-PDF download and printing require verified payment for the $2 digital option or an eligible paid postal order. Keep the code and any private document links confidential. If a link or code is exposed, contact us for help; do not post it in a public message.

The browser may keep the private request code in session storage to restore your request after checkout. Accessibility preferences are saved locally in your browser. Clear site data or use a private window if you share a device. A saved code is not a separate identity verification step.

The Park Guide embeds Google Maps. Loading it connects your browser to Google. External calendars, original forms, and checkout pages have their own privacy practices. The optional read-aloud control uses voices the browser reports as local; voice processing depends on your browser and device. See the accessibility page before using speech with private information.

Storage, retention, and corrections

Milieu Miracle stores the request, signed packet, and electronic signature record. Paid fulfillment preserves the exact packet selected for the order, together with order, digital access, payment, and authorized email-delivery records. Access controls and private links help restrict access, but no online service or private link can guarantee absolute security.

Records remain stored until removed by the organizer; there is no automatic deletion deadline promised for this workflow. Retention decisions consider request administration, completed services, support, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. Request a review or deletion using the contact below. Necessary transaction or evidence records may need to be retained, and outside recipients keep their own copies.

Signed or mailed documents cannot be silently rewritten. If an answer is wrong, contact us and the receiving operator to arrange a correction or replacement. Withdrawing a reservation request does not erase its records, cancel a fulfillment order, stop a mailed check, or delete documents already sent.

Ask about or control your information

Email Legal@MilieuPower.com to ask what we hold, request access, a copy, correction, or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Include your contact email and request date or order reference. Do not email your private code, card details, or identity documents unless we establish a secure, necessary verification process. We may ask for enough information to confirm your identity or authority.

Indiana’s Consumer Data Protection Act applies to covered organizations subject to its thresholds and exceptions. Where it applies, eligible consumers have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of certain processing. It generally requires a response within 45 days, with an additional 45 days where allowed and notified, and an appeal decision within 60 days. To appeal our response, email the same address with “Privacy appeal” and explain the issue. Applicable legal deadlines and protections control; exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.

You may contact the Indiana Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division about an unresolved concern. See the Attorney General’s Consumer Data Bill of Rights for current guidance.

You may purchase the $2 completed-PDF option and arrange printing, facility payment, and delivery yourself. Paid postal orders include access to the completed PDF in their preparation fee. The original blank City application remains free from the City. You can stop before saving or checkout; saving alone does not deliver the packet to an operator. Once you authorize email or postal fulfillment and payment is verified, providers and recipients may already possess the information necessary to carry it out.

Updates and help

We update the date above when this notice changes and obtain additional consent where required for a materially different use. The service terms explain checkout authorization, mailing, cancellations, and refunds. Contact Legal@MilieuPower.com for privacy and fulfillment questions or Parks or the League for their facility records and decisions.
